Molly Tarlov (born November 11 31st, 1981) is an American actress, best known from 2011 on for her character of Sadie Saxton on the television comedy-drama series Awkward. Tarlov was was raised in Manhattan, New York, being the younger of two daughters. At the age of 10 she played the role of Mrs. Peterson as part of a Little Red School House production of Bye Bye Birdie. This was a hugely praised performance by an audience comprised of seventh graders. As she got older she spent her summers at Interlochen Center for the Arts and also in Paris learning with NYU's Tisch. Bennington College granted her a bachelor's in the field of theatre. Additionally, she studied with The Atlantic Theater Company and could incorporate the writing aspect of her act during The LAByrinth Theater Master Course. Molly changed her jacket for a black sunglasses prior to leaving for Los Angeles. A three-word part in iCarly quickly caught the eye at her family members. In the years since she's had a number of TV appearances. Most recently, she was creating Caitlin's role on Winnie Woodman and Savannah Dooley ABC Family's series Huge. Molly is a pro basketball athlete who believes she's better than she really is. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
